Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analytics Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Ahmedabad, India. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate financial reconciliations and analytical reports, supporting strategic decision-making for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, foundational accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is an added advantage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Extract and analyse reports from REFX and FI modules
  • Perform end-to-end tagging and site-wise mapping of general ledger line items
  • Conduct detailed reconciliations between payables and receivables on a site-wise basis
  • Prepare and present reconciliation summaries and backups to senior leadership
  • Address queries and provide clear explanations to leadership and clients
  • Ensure robust process controls are maintained and monitored
  • Apply lease accounting principles and procedures effectively
  • Meet key performance indicators including accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Highly attentive to detail with an analytical approach to tasks

Nice to have:

German language knowledge is preferable
