Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Deputy Manager / Manager of Administration to oversee our daily facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general administration, vendor management, and employee support services, preferably within a manufacturing plant environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and comprehensive facility management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Manage facility security protocols and coordinate employee transport logistics
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the premises
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure the facility and administrative operations strictly adhere to all relevant local laws and statutory compliances
  • Prepare, monitor, and control the administration budget, minimizing operational wastage and optimizing resource allocation
  • Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and oversee end-to-end guest management and hospitality
  • Address employee grievances related to facilities and provide dedicated support to enhance the overall workplace experience

Requirements

  • MSW or MBA
  • 10 to 12 Years of experience
  • Strong background in general administration, vendor management, and employee support services
  • Preferably within a manufacturing plant environment
