Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for group companies
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports per statutory requirements
  • Monitor compliance with FBR, SRB, EOBI, SECP regulations and IFRS standards
  • Strengthen internal controls and oversee internal/external audit processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare budgets and financial forecasts
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Manage and maintain the Fixed Assets Register and asset movements in ERP
  • Provide compliance and reporting guidance to subsidiary entities
  • Drive automation and process improvements in reporting & compliance workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional qualification preferred: CA, ACCA, CMA
  • 4–6 years of overall finance experience, including 2–3 years in a CA firm
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with ERP systems and strong command of MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
