Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support end‑to‑end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, month-end accounting, financial analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on business‑as‑usual (BAU) activities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with internal controls, and effective support to finance stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage complete accounting activities for the designated area in collaboration with the RMA team
  • Prepare month‑end reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Complete month‑end processes including journals, reports, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting tasks
  • Conduct financial analysis on key performance metrics and provide insights on request
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct P&L reviews with variance analysis
  • Deliver clear commentary for the assigned business area
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, supporting them with relevant financial information and analysis
  • Provide monthly Forecast vs Actual and Month‑on‑Month analysis to support decision‑making
  • Support SOX controls and respond to internal and external audit requirements

Requirements:

  • Certified accounting professional (CA/CWA/ACCA) with 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience in shared services or the telecom sector
  • Alternatively, a partly qualified accountant (CA Inter/CWA Inter) or an MBA in Finance with 6–8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications, with strong financial and accounting knowledge
  • Capable of analysing extensive financial data with accuracy and clarity
  • Experienced in stakeholder management with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiar with internal control frameworks
  • experience with SOX controls is beneficial
  • Able to operate independently with sound judgement in managing operational finance tasks
