Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home Coventry (CV11) £31,680 + £45 Sleep-In Looking for your next step in residential childcare? We're seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people aged 8-17 with EBD. You'll work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the team, maintain high standards of care, drive positive outcomes, and ensure the home remains compliant and child-focused.
