We are seeking a skilled Project Manager – Scrum to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves end-to-end project management, facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The individual will also play a key role in scaling Agile practices across the organisation and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Manage execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution
Track performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Guide teams on Agile/Scrum principles and remove impediments
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritised backlog
Track and communicate team velocity and Agile metrics
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset
Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation
Support scaling Agile practices across teams and departments
Gather, document, and analyse business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers
Support testing efforts and validate outcomes
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Assist in change management and user training activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, or equivalent
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
