Job Description:

Act as the primary management focal point for customer interface during all phases of program life cycle. Coordinate the resolution of customer quality, delivery and reliability within the appropriate business functions. Assure customer requirements are adequately defined and appropriately planned for successful execution of the program. Interface with the cross-functional teams as required to address production, development, quality issues to provide quick response to customer. Monitor customer provided metrics as well as our internal metrics and assure alignment. Coordinate metric reviews with customer as required to assure actual performance is accurately displayed in customer metrics. Report to management as needed on all aspects of program performance. Handling customer RFQ/ RFI and providing quotes and pricing estimations and proposals working with Engineering team. Review of Engg. Estimations, identifying capital budgets for the project/ program and appraising the same to top management/ board and getting approvals.

Requirements:

  • US Government regulation like EAR, ITAR etc.
  • Project Management skill / Certification
  • Excellent communication & co-ordination skills at all level both internally and externally
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization (verbal, written, and oral presentation)
  • Excellent communications skills – especially with respect to working with customers
  • Expertise in handling Projects including Greenfield Project
  • Working experience on SAP- PP & MM
  • Knowledge of Aerospace quality standards, AS 9100, Nadcap and customer requirements
  • 15 years experience
