We’re looking for a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead and inspire our team of Line Chefs, helping deliver outstanding food and exceptional guest experiences. The role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Showcase your skills with the creation of daily specials
  • Review guest feedback to drive improvements
  • Support the Kitchen Manager with kitchen administration, supplier relationships, and third-party contractors
  • Control costs and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Work closely with hotel leaders to ensure smooth operations across all departments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a kitchen operation
