We’re looking for a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead and inspire our team of Line Chefs, helping deliver outstanding food and exceptional guest experiences. The role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Showcase your skills with the creation of daily specials
Review guest feedback to drive improvements
Support the Kitchen Manager with kitchen administration, supplier relationships, and third-party contractors
Control costs and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Work closely with hotel leaders to ensure smooth operations across all departments
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a kitchen operation
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for creating great food and memorable dining experiences
