About the Role: We're looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to help create a warm, safe and high-quality environment for our residents. You'll support the Home Manager in delivering excellent care, maintaining compliance, and leading a valued and motivated team.
Job Responsibility:
Support the admissions process and liaise with families and professionals
Help ensure the home meets all care, clinical and regulatory standards
Promote resident wellbeing and independence
Oversee accurate reporting, staffing and daily operations
Lead the team and deputise for the Home Manager when needed
Build positive links with CQC, local professionals and the community
Requirements:
Registered Nurse
Experience managing or leading a care/clinical team in older people's services
Strong communication, leadership and IT skills
Level 5 Health & Social Care Management qualification is desirable
Ability to drive and access to a vehicle is desirable
