Job Description:

As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This means taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues. This role is 37 hours per week, consisting of 2 days on the floor (8am-8pm), 2 days supernumerary (8am-4pm) and includes weekend working on a one on / one off rotation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure level of care goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence
  • Supervise/coach colleagues to provide a service with unparalleled empathy for resident issues
