As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This means taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues. This role is 37 hours per week, consisting of 2 days on the floor (8am-8pm), 2 days supernumerary (8am-4pm) and includes weekend working on a one on / one off rotation.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Knowledge of National Standards
Background in person-led care planning within a care home
Positive energy and natural ability to get along with people
Great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records
Truly considerate and kind communication
