Job Description

As Deputy Care Home Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the home and supporting the Home Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You’ll guide and inspire your team, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and proactive—creating a positive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the day-to-day running of a busy nursing and residential care home

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (essential)
  • Experience in a leadership role within a 40+ bed care home
