Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven teaching experience
  • A minimum of two years in a leadership and management capacity within education
  • A profound commitment to elevating the standards of teaching and learning
  • A clear understanding of what constitutes positive and effective behaviours for learning
  • Demonstrable skills in effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to cultivate a cohesive and high-performing staff team
