Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven teaching experience
A minimum of two years in a leadership and management capacity within education
A profound commitment to elevating the standards of teaching and learning
A clear understanding of what constitutes positive and effective behaviours for learning
Demonstrable skills in effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring
Strong interpersonal abilities to cultivate a cohesive and high-performing staff team
