Can you inspire a team to follow your example? Are you a mighty motivator and guest-led leader? Can you coach, train and inspire our teams? If you are a passionate Deputy General Manager who has had experience in a training role or in a fast-paced restaurant or bar and are looking for your next big step on the hospitality ladder then we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant, as well as management of the team. Our successful Deputy General Manager must be hands on and lead by example demonstrating the ability to support the General Manager with motivating a team.
