BOX Piccadilly is now on the lookout for a Deputy General Manager to join our amazing team! Arc Inspirations is a successful bar group, currently operating 18 locations across the North, Midlands and London with three exciting brands – BOX, Manahatta, and Banyan. BOX is the ultimate destination to Watch, Play and Party.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the General Manager in leading an amazing team in this game changing sports bar
  • Work closely with the Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure the continued success of the venue
  • Lead and coach a team
  • Deliver and exceed guest expectations
  • Communicate effectively with all departments

Requirements

  • Previous people management and hospitality experience
  • Experience leading a team in a venue of high volume
  • Ability to understand guest’s needs
  • Strong up to date knowledge of major sports, leagues, and events
  • Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade
  • Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
  • Excellent financial acumen
