Job Responsibility:

Play a key supporting role and assist the GM of a vibrant airport restaurant

Requirements:

Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants
Solid grasp of hospitality management
Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws
Excel in communication and leadership skills
Awesome at organising and multitasking
Ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences
Okay with a criminal record check
