Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, and Front Office
  • Support department managers to achieve operational excellence and deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Lead, mentor, and train teams to uphold the hotel’s culture and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management
  • Contribute to developing and implementing service improvement plans
  • Act as Duty Manager, representing hotel leadership and making key operational decisions
  • Support the General Manager with strategic planning and overall business performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Hotel Manager or in an equivalent senior operational role within a 4-star or similar high-volume property
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent operational knowledge across key hotel departments
  • A passion for guest experience, service excellence, and team culture
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Previous experience working within a hotel group
  • Experience with revenue management or large-scale F&B operations
  • Additional qualifications in hospitality management or leadership
