Job Responsibility
Oversee daily hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, and Front Office
Support department managers to achieve operational excellence and deliver consistent, high-quality service
Lead, mentor, and train teams to uphold the hotel’s culture and service standards
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management
Contribute to developing and implementing service improvement plans
Act as Duty Manager, representing hotel leadership and making key operational decisions
Support the General Manager with strategic planning and overall business performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Hotel Manager or in an equivalent senior operational role within a 4-star or similar high-volume property
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent operational knowledge across key hotel departments
A passion for guest experience, service excellence, and team culture
Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Previous experience working within a hotel group
Experience with revenue management or large-scale F&B operations
Additional qualifications in hospitality management or leadership
