  • Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants
  • Solid grasp of hospitality management
  • Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws
  • Excel in communication and leadership skills
  • Awesome at organising and multitasking
  • Ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences
  • Okay with a criminal record check
