We are seeking an IT Business Partner to drive the technology agenda for the Technology Service Line, supporting service redesign, optimisation, and growth. This role works closely with VOIS Technology, IT4IT, and solutioning teams to shape and deliver technology solutions aligned to business strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, the role ensures IT initiatives deliver measurable business value and provides end-to-end representation of IT within Service Line Leadership forums.
Job Responsibility
Align IT strategy and initiatives with business objectives
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements
Identify opportunities where technology can improve processes, efficiency, and service quality
Evaluate, recommend, and prioritise technology solutions
Oversee delivery of IT initiatives across the Technology tower
Enable successful adoption of new systems through structured change management
Contribute to IT budget planning, demand forecasting, and cost optimisation
Requirements
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
experienced in IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance
comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical audiences
knowledgeable in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, system integration, and data and analytics solutions
effective communicator and collaborator with a track record of delivering business outcomes through technology
