We are seeking an IT Business Partner to lead and shape the IT agenda for the Enterprise Service Line within VOIS. This role plays a critical part in aligning technology strategy with business priorities, supporting service redesign, and enabling sustainable growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, the individual will collaborate closely with Enterprise stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, enhance service delivery, and drive innovation, while representing IT across Service Line leadership forums.
Job Responsibility
Align IT strategy and initiatives with Enterprise Service Line business objectives to enable measurable outcomes
Build strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, prioritised IT requirements and high-level solutions
Define, evolve, and govern a forward-looking technology roadmap that supports operational efficiency, service growth, and competitive advantage
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that address business challenges and enhance customer and service outcomes
Oversee delivery of IT initiatives across the Enterprise tower, ensuring progress, timely decisions, risk management, and resolution of escalations
Support change enablement by driving adoption of new systems through communication, training, and post-implementation support
Contribute to IT budget planning, demand forecasting, benefit realisation, and cost optimisation while maintaining business value
Requirements
An experienced IT professional with strong business acumen, able to translate strategic goals into practical technology solutions
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor across business and technology teams
Knowledgeable in enterprise IT architecture, platforms, and emerging technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Experienced in enterprise operations, customer service systems, and regulatory environments, with a balanced approach to risk and value
Skilled in managing competing priorities, shaping IT demand, and delivering outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments
