Job Description:

A 9 month fixed term opportunity has arisen in our Front of House team. As a Deputy Front of House Manager you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team to deliver a deliciously magical experience to every customer. This is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days. The start and finish times can vary depending on opening hours of the branch, this may include some early mornings or later finishes with a normal shift length of 8.5 hours per day (no split shifts.) You will be required to work at least one day at the weekend every week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and supporting a team of Waiter/Waitresses and Front of House Team Leaders to deliver a deliciously magical experience to every customer
  • Reporting to the Front of House Manager and deputising for them in their absence

Requirements:

  • Background of working in and organising a busy cafe
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ideally previous experience of working to KPI’s such as labour budgets
