A 9 month fixed term opportunity has arisen in our Front of House team. As a Deputy Front of House Manager you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team to deliver a deliciously magical experience to every customer. This is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days. The start and finish times can vary depending on opening hours of the branch, this may include some early mornings or later finishes with a normal shift length of 8.5 hours per day (no split shifts.) You will be required to work at least one day at the weekend every week.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and supporting a team of Waiter/Waitresses and Front of House Team Leaders to deliver a deliciously magical experience to every customer
Reporting to the Front of House Manager and deputising for them in their absence
Requirements:
Background of working in and organising a busy cafe
Experience in managing and motivating a team
Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures
Good communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Ideally previous experience of working to KPI’s such as labour budgets
