Job Responsibility

Support the management of food and beverage operations
Help lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
Oversee multiple dining areas
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain and exceed high service standards
Oversee the entire spectrum of the food and beverage operations
Assist in driving commercial performance, control costs, recruitment and optimise revenue
Ensure members and guests receive high quality dining experiences
Support the management of inventory, supplier relationships and facility upkeep
Assist with monitoring rotas and payroll
Support team development with continuous collaboration with senior management
