We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to support the management of our food and beverage operations. You’ll help lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Job Responsibility
Support the management of food and beverage operations
Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
Oversee multiple dining areas
Assist in driving commercial performance, control costs, recruitment and optimise revenue
Ensure members and guests receive high quality dining experiences
Support management of inventory, supplier relationships and facility upkeep
Assist with monitoring rotas and payroll
Support team development with continuous collaboration with senior management
Requirements
Experience in Food & Beverage management desired
Financial skills in budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis desired
Excellent people management or supervisory skills, with a focus on recruitment, training, and performance
Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations
Strong communication skills
Experience in inventory management and supplier relations an advantage
