Job Description:

The Assistant Controller manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.

Job Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office
Financial analysis and financial reporting
Budgeting/forecasting
Audit and control
Asset and liability reconciliation
Working capital and cash control
Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes
Ensure P&L accuracy and timely statement delivery
Reconcile balance sheet
Ensure tax compliance
Ensure compliance with standard and local operating procedures
Review audit issues and make corrections
Leverage technology for financial reporting and analytical support
Provide financial information and guidance to executives and management
Achieve and exceed performance and budget goals

Requirements:

4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
no work experience required
knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes
ability to use computers and computer systems to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information
ability to determine compliance with laws, regulations, or standards
interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
