Job Responsibility

Centre of Data Insight and Analysis
End to end CD Operation and DT Operation
Order process, Stock Distributor Healthiness, SCCFOT, DT Infrastructure, Region Performance Management, DT Legal Aspect/PPSD
End to end order management, SKU Management and NPD

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales FMCG
experience managing a team/sales force
experience in distributor management both GT and LMT are advantages
Has been in current position for minimum of 2 years
Holds a bachelor’s degree from any major
Willing to be located in Head Office (Grha Unilever BSD)
Customer/channel strategist: understand customer/channel to sharply develop customer/channel strategy
Collaboration and relationship: effectively collaborate with internal departments and build strong relationships with external parties for the best result
Passion for growth: always think to drive business forward
Customer service: effectively own the contact with field team and customers and able to serve customer’s needs align with business strategy
Business sense: truly understand the way to effectively operate a good business and able to make the best decision for the business
Strong Analytical Skills (Excel, Power BI)
