We're looking for a dynamic Deputy Divisional Manager to play a key role in the effective delivery of Neurodisability & Community Paediatrics. Working closely with the Associate Director of Operations, you will use your specialist managerial skills to support a significant internal change programme, as well as lead day to day operational management. In this influential role, you'll work with a range of MDT clinical colleagues and partners both in and outside of the organisation. You'll work alongside senior leaders -- including the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Strategy & Partnerships and Deputy Medical Director -- contributing to strategic planning, performance, and service improvement. Requirements:
Masters level degree or equivalent level of relevant management experience
Evidence of ongoing professional development
Significant relevant management experience
Knowledge of NHS direction and policy initiatives
Proven change management skills in a complex health care setting
Experience in budgetary and resource management
Knowledge, understanding and experience in Risk Management and Governance issues
Experience in managing complex organisational change projects
Proven leadership skills
Excellent and robust interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and self motivated, with the ability to motivate others
Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high degree of autonomy
Ability to prioritise own workload appropriately

Post graduate qualification
Experience in capacity and service planning within an acute health care setting
Familiarity with ICT based management & clinical information systems
