Job Responsibility:
Hire, Lead and Mentor a team of software engineering managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner with Product and UX heads to define long-term technical roadmaps and product visions for a diverse portfolio
Drive the engineering strategy, setting high standards for technical excellence and operational impact
Establish best practices and modern tooling to maximize the effectiveness and culture of the engineering organization
Navigate complex technical challenges, including high-availability systems, rigorous security standards, and legacy integration
Requirements:
Min 10 years of experience leading a team of developers
Open to any modern tech stack in backend and frontend. Backend example: Java, Python, Golang, NodeJS. Frontend example: ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS
Experience working in tech product based companies are preferred
Experience in implementing good engineering practices. Strong in system design, product mindset, 0 to 1, and stakeholder management
