Job Responsibility:
Lead the Market analysis for each category and brand across India BU, answering main key business questions with data visualization, reporting and descriptive analysis.
Lead and develop automation and visualization capability for India portfolio enhancing report automation and interactive dashboards generation across categories
Lead the integration and recommendation of holistic solutions to key business questions based on market dynamics, macroeconomic situation and consumer trends to develop strategies for the channel to help grow the business.
Influence with insights and added value the AOP / JBP Channels processes helping them to build their strategies with data that validates the relevance of initiatives for our business commercial partners and shoppers.
Leads support of the Marketing team with brand performance reporting
Conduct triangulation of different sources like connect demand spaces, BBE, and Nielsen and produce deep consumer insights
Leads support of the Strategy and Commercial Analytics teams on PGM (PepsiCo Growth Model) process though different sources of information Canedian/Global Data, EuroMonitor, Nielsen, among others.
Ensure that all PepsiCo´s market measurement data is reliable in terms of quality, reliability and timing.
Play the role of gatekeeper of all PepsiCo India BU market syndicated data, leading the agenda with key suppliers like Nielsen IQ, Global Data and Kantar and maintaining alignment among Global and Local needs for that subject.
Lead annual negotiation process with Nielsen, Global Data, Kantar across BU for Foods & Beverages categories
Provide direction on BBE and ADA projects, as required
Requirements:
An experienced Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 15 years+ experience
Masters in economics, statistics, marketing, business adminstration
100% English language proficiency both oral and written
Experience in developing and implementing successful projects with focus on results, to manage projects that impact business objectives.
Ability to manage problems from complex to simple
Strong communication and Story telling
Analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insights from Consumer, Shopper, and Analytics, as well as future forces of change, and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business.
Proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact.
