Deputy Director – Finance

• Lead the Finance function
• Provide high quality financial management support and leadership
• Contribute to the organisation's strategic planning and driving change
• Attend the Agency’s Audit & Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC)
• Chair the Resources Committee that monitors financial management

• CCAB or CIMA professional accounting qualification with significant post qualification experience
• Proven ability to lead a finance function and contribute to wider leadership of a complex organisation
• Strong strategic analysis and planning skills
• Excellent commercial skills and a proven ability to develop talent and build sustainable high performance
• High level of proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with other software tools
• Demonstrates behaviours: Seeing the big picture, Changing and improving, Leadership, Communicating and influencing

Eligibility to the Civil Service pension scheme (employer contribution of 28.97%)
