Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Professiona with 5-10 years experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction, managing key accounts, and serving as the primary liaison between the client and our internal RCM operations team. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of RCM processes, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to nurture long-term client relationships to drive sustained success and growth. This role is external -facing and requires strong client management, english skills, and proactive communications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned US-based clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's specific needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored RCM solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present performance data, discuss key metrics (KPIs), and review service delivery
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service expansion and cross-selling to grow client accounts
  • Effectively communicate complex RCM information, including performance reports, trends, and financial metrics, to a non-technical audience
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reports, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Act as an advocate for the client internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are accurately communicated to the operations and leadership teams
  • Manage and resolve all client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams process managers/ CoE to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues before they impact the relationship
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic advice to clients
  • Partner with the business development team to support new client onboarding and project implementations
  • Actively participate in developing and improving client management processes and tools

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in operations, project management, or managing large-scale, international teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities with clients
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and process optimization capability
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in using reports and dashboards
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality standards
  • Prior healthcare RCM experience is a plus but not mandatory
