Job Responsibility:

Manage and optimize assigned functions of the Distribution Center / Customer Distribution Center within given frames based on an environmentally and socially sustainable Supply Chain
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing DC/CDC organization
Secure efficiency and initiate improvements to reach excellence in operations defined in DS business plan
Responsible for the budget and results for the defined function of the location
Secure that the warehousing process and new technology are implemented
Ensure that IKEA rules and country-specific laws and regulations are followed
Facilitate communication and cooperation with stakeholders
Contribute to the creation of the DS area business plan and implement local action plans

Requirements:
