Amazing opportunity for a Qualified Deputy Home Manager to join an established family-run, Nursing & Residential Care provider with 41 care homes in England and Wales. Philosophy is to provide excellent standard of care to residents with dignity and respect. Looking for people with ‘serving hearts’ who care about residents.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and sustain the Home
  • Actively lead and support team to deliver highest standards of care for residents
  • Build effective relationships with team, residents, their relatives, and local community

Requirements

  • Experienced in caring for older people
  • Capable and confident leader with drive and interest to grow and shape a team
  • Experienced in managing a successful home or services in healthcare
  • Confident in knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Passionate about delivering first-class care
  • Positive leader and motivator
  • Managed in a minimum of a 40 bedded home specializing in the care of Dementia and General Nursing
  • Experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment
  • Strong operational background
  • Nurse Qualified
  • Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults
