Moat House Care Home are currently recruiting a Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You will join us on a Full Time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £53,145 Annum. Adept Care Homes offers both residential and dementia care across its family-run homes in the Midlands, where residents are supported by a warm, compassionate team to enjoy enriched, happy, and fulfilling lives. You would be joining the team at Moat House, a beautiful, high-quality residential home located in the Burbage conservation area, known for its award-winning luxury care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise all care aspects within the home
  • report to the Home Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
  • NVQ4 in Health & Social Care
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
  • Own car required and business miles paid
