• Stepping into the shoes of the home manager when they're away
• Providing clinical oversight at care home level
• Pitching in with on-call duties

• Motivational leader
• Team player providing clear direction
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation
• Positive role model who inspires others
• IT literate and confident using Microsoft packages
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers
• Professional qualification comparable to a degree or management qualification is required
• Nursing qualification is desired but not mandatory
