We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled professional to serve as the Assistant Department Head for our Building department. This role involves advanced organizational, supervisory, and technical work to ensure compliance with town, state, and federal regulations. As a key leader, you will oversee all inspections, conduct staff meetings, develop programs, and manage personnel. Requirements

  • Certification requirements as per M.G.L. c. 143, § 3 and 780 CMR 110.R7.2.3 for an Inspector of Buildings/Building Commissioner
