Job Description

At Bradfords Building Supplies, we’ve been supporting our customers for over 250 years as one of the South West’s leading independent builders’ merchants. Our success is built on our people, their expertise and the exceptional service they deliver every day. We’re now looking for a Deputy Branch Manager to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare, someone who can support the Branch Manager, lead from the front and help drive performance across the branch. As Deputy Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the branch. Working across all departments, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly while delivering great results for both customers and the business. You’ll support the Branch Manager in leading the team, maintaining a safe environment and driving sales and service standards. When needed, you’ll step up and take full responsibility for the branch, making sure everything continues to operate efficiently.
