The Deputy Account Manager (DAM) – Shopee, Personal Care (PC) role is responsible for accelerating strategic account management and execution, to deliver sales, as well as digital metrics within Unilever Personal Care in Shopee. The role ensures all products and campaign assets are accurate, compliant, well‑organized, and activation‑ready to support strong commercial execution. This position acts as a key link between brand, content, and digital commerce team to enable fast, consistent, and high‑quality Shopee execution.
Job Responsibility
Negotiate annual Joint Business Plan (JBP), trading term, and funding
Define sales target phasing and identify the growth levers
Execute operational excellence in collaboration with Supply Chain to secure service level to Shopee
Drive sales optimization via right assortment and pricing deployment
Drive and execute strategic promo, activities, and campaign to deliver digital metrics
Budget management and accelerating promo effectiveness
Online category management to improve digital shelf
Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis
Manage end‑to‑end Personal Care assets for Shopee within Digital Asset Management systems
Maintain an up‑to‑date asset repository
Plan and execute mega campaigns
Coordinate vouchers, bundles, gifting, and demand generation support
Ensure timely availability of approved assets for Shopee campaigns
Coordinate asset readiness with commercial and execution timelines
Ensure all Shopee PC assets comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and Shopee platform specifications
Conduct regular quality checks
Work closely with Brand, dCommerce, Content, CSP/NRM, Media, and Supply teams
Coordinate with agencies and Shopee platform partners
Support DAM governance, processes, and best practices
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve asset workflows
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related field
1–8 years of relevant experience in Digital Asset Management, ecommerce platform, ecommerce operations, or digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or Personal Care industry
Experience working with marketplace/ ecommerce platforms is highly desirable
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and agencies is an advantage
