Job Description

Join our Estates team as a Deputy Accommodation Services Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional student accommodation experience across a diverse and vibrant portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Play a central role in planning occupancy, coordinating offer cycles and arrivals, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • drive continuous improvement by analysing data, enhancing systems (e.g. Kinetic), and optimising processes to improve efficiency and student satisfaction
  • take ownership of escalations, complaints, and service recovery, while contributing to strategic initiatives, summer operations, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in student accommodation operations, including allocations and occupancy management
  • proven leadership capability, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support teams while maintaining performance during both routine activity and peak periods with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • experience of systems such as Kinetic, SITS, Agresso (or similar)
  • ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement improvements
  • strong communicator
  • ability to manage complex casework, handle challenges with professionalism and care, transform feedback and insight to drive meaningful continuous improvements and deliver inclusive, high-quality services that put the student experience first.
