Depot Manager

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Depot Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of plant and equipment across our Energy Business Unit. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of major infrastructure schemes through effective forecasting, supplier management, and compound excellence. You will be responsible for implementing and owning the national Plant & Equipment Strategy, managing key supplier relationships, and leading a team of Plant Coordinators and Yard Operatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with national impact, supporting high-value frameworks such as National Grid and SPT.
