Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate Deliveries: Manage scheduling and logistics to guarantee timely deliveries as well as booking vehciles in for MOTs and services.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and ensure that everything is in place.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to foster a positive working environment.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance at all times.
  • Customer Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Coordination: A background in logistics or operations is a plus!
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise with various teams.
  • Proactive Attitude: A can-do spirit that embraces challenges head-on.
  • Driving licence: A valid driving licence is essential for this position.
