Job Description:

For our office in Vilnius, we are currently looking for a Depositary Services Officer. As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the execution of various Depositary preparation tasks delivered from Lithuania in line with the Service Level Agreement to support the Luxembourg Depositary team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively participating in the preparation work of the day to day operational depositary work: Cash Flow monitoring
  • NAV and Investment Restrictions Oversight
  • Investment Recordkeeping
  • Asset Ownership Verification
  • Performing controls on the preparation work in order to insurance qualitative data to be treated by other team members
  • Being in contact with the other depositary team members and bring to the attention of your manager any specific blocking points preventing you to finish your preparation tasks

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business related field is a plus but not required
  • Interest in the Financial Sector and specifically in the Private Equity and Real Estate Industry
  • Between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Organized, flexible, able to manage several tasks and respect deadlines
  • Keen to work in a small structure and combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail
  • Dynamic and have excellent communication skills
  • Possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong relationships with other coworkers
