Job Description:

The Intern DepOps Specialist will be responsible for comprehensive support of the connection process for electric vehicle charging stations to the power grid. The primary responsibility will be ongoing collaboration with Distribution System Operators (DSOs) — from submitting applications for connection conditions, through overseeing documentation, to the final execution of the connection by the DSOs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining direct communication with DSOs regarding connection statuses and required formalities
  • Submitting applications for grid connection conditions and coordinating the process of obtaining them
  • Managing complete documentation related to the connection process
  • Verifying connection agreements from both a formal and substantive perspective
  • Managing communication with external partner
  • Coordinating and overseeing the flow of project documentation
  • Providing administrative and coordination support in aligning documentation with partners and internal company units

Requirements:

  • Technical education
  • Basic understanding of the energy and e-mobility sectors
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Proactive, reliable, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
  • Availability and technical aptitude
  • Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documentation
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Valid category B driving license
