Job Description:

Deployment Strategists to work directly with customers and drive AI adoption end-to-end. You’ll uncover the core problems clients face, design and operationalize solutions with Forward Deployed Engineers, and make sure those solutions translate into measurable impact. This is a field role: you’ll be in front of users, analysts, and execs, turning business needs into AI deployments, running training, and helping shape product direction through your insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on-site with customers to map their biggest challenges
  • Turn PoCs and demos into production-ready deployments
  • Identify and interpret the right datasets for AI solutions
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on pipelines and integrations
  • Deliver training sessions and ensure adoption by end users
  • Present outcomes and proposals to both technical and executive audiences
  • Feed field insights back into engineering and product teams
  • Explore new industries and opportunities for impact

Requirements:

  • Thrive in ambiguous, unstructured problem spaces
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bring humility and focus on outcomes over personal credit
  • Are adaptable — able to learn, mentor, lead, or follow as needed
  • Have experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis
  • Are familiar with Docker/Kubernetes environments
  • Enjoy working directly with customers and building trust across levels
  • Are open to travel as needed for client work (typically regular but not constant)
