Job Description

Our Client is undergoing a major banking technology implementation and requires an experienced Deployment Lead to drive and execute deployment activities across multiple phases. This role ensures smooth production and non-production event coordination, environment readiness, and cross-team alignment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead deployment planning and execution for large-scale technology initiatives
  • Manage complex schedules, plans, and readiness activities
  • Oversee production and non-production events, including extended or weekend hours when required
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Ensure environment management activities and transitions run smoothly
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps
  • escalate and resolve issues promptly
  • Support all major practice and production events throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Project management experience within large-scale technology implementations
  • Direct experience leading deployment, environment readiness, and production/non-production events
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
  • Strong background in environment management and deployment readiness planning
  • Strong organizational discipline managing complex deployment plans
