Job Description

As a Deployment Engineer at Ema Unlimited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, stable, and secure deployments of our solutions across customer environments. You will work closely with internal DevOps teams and customer stakeholders to manage infrastructure, oversee deployments, and maintain production stability.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and provision cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, Azure, AWS) tailored to customer environments
  • Implement best practices for security, scalability, and compliance
  • Execute regular on-call SaaS deployments with minimal downtime or disruption
  • Automate and optimize deployment workflows to ensure efficiency
  • Monitor logs, alerts, and metrics to maintain uptime and meet SLAs (99.9%+ availability)
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues proactively
  • Collaborate with DevOps to enhance monitoring dashboards and alerting frameworks
  • Deliver actionable insights on system health and performance to stakeholders
  • Maintain updated deployment runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and environment configurations
  • Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer across teams for smooth handovers

Requirements

  • 2+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure Setup, or Deployment Engineering roles
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or AWS
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Proficient in CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for seamless interaction with stakeholders
