Job Description

We're hiring a deployed engineer to own the customer implementation experience for Antimetal. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our customers to turn pilots into production-ready deployments and ensure they get meaningful value from our platform. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer partnership. You'll be the bridge between our product and the complex infrastructure environments where it needs to perform.

Job Responsibility

  • Own customer implementation and calibration: Drive onboarding end-to-end—from access setup to production launch
  • Validate and monitor performance: Ensure data is flowing, investigations trigger correctly, and systems behave as expected
  • Debug and resolve issues: Read and write APIs, troubleshoot integrations, and work hands-on within customer environments
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Work side by side on technical setup, self-hosted deployments, custom connectors, and edge cases
  • Support pre-sales enablement: Join demos, answer technical questions, and evaluate customer environments when needed
  • Improve process and tooling: Build the systems and documentation that make onboarding faster and more reliable
  • Champion customer experience: Take it personally when something breaks - ensure every customer feels supported and successful

Requirements

  • Are deeply technical and comfortable writing scripts, inspecting logs, and working with APIs
