We're hiring a deployed engineer to own the customer implementation experience for Antimetal. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our customers to turn pilots into production-ready deployments and ensure they get meaningful value from our platform. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer partnership. You'll be the bridge between our product and the complex infrastructure environments where it needs to perform.
Job Responsibility:
Own customer implementation and calibration: Drive onboarding end-to-end—from access setup to production launch
Validate and monitor performance: Ensure data is flowing, investigations trigger correctly, and systems behave as expected
Debug and resolve issues: Read and write APIs, troubleshoot integrations, and work hands-on within customer environments
Collaborate with Engineering: Work side by side on technical setup, self-hosted deployments, custom connectors, and edge cases
Support pre-sales enablement: Join demos, answer technical questions, and evaluate customer environments when needed
Improve process and tooling: Build the systems and documentation that make onboarding faster and more reliable
Champion customer experience: Take it personally when something breaks - ensure every customer feels supported and successful
Requirements:
Are deeply technical and comfortable writing scripts, inspecting logs, and working with APIs
Care about the customer experience—owning outcomes both technically and experientially
Communicate clearly, follow up reliably, and earn trust through technical competence
Enjoy working cross-functionally with both GTM and Engineering teams to ship solutions fast
Are energized by ambiguous, high-impact work and want to grow into a foundational customer-facing technical leader
