We have been open in Westerville since May 2023 and Worthington will open in May 2024 and are looking for more energetic, outgoing, and authentic clinicians to serve our quickly growing client base. Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services, as well as telehealth, across a variety of specialties.
Job Responsibility
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation
maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (full-time)
provide an excellent customer experience for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
contribute to our team of fun, dedicated therapists
utilize creativity in interventions
prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
pursuing or close to obtaining dependent clinical licensure (MFT, LPC, LSW, etc.) with a valid Ohio state license
experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
effective written and verbal communication skills
ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time
comfort and familiarity with working with a diverse client base
proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
ability to pass a background check

Experience with couples and families
experience and passion for working with children, adolescents, and teens
general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
