Job Description:

As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Support the total OMNI customer experience
Ensure visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines
Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
Be aware of department's strengths and identify commercial opportunities
Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store
Ensure team actively promotes and sells products
Follow up that team actively promotes Customer Loyalty App & in-store sustainability initiatives
Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout
Ensure all admin routines for people and operations are handled correctly
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, competitors, etc
Ensure team provides product and fashion knowledge
Retain and share knowledge and skills with the Store team
Collaborate with in-store Visual Merchandiser team
Give & receive feedback with colleagues
Regular communication to store colleagues
Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements are followed
Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation
Secure good stock levels
Ensure the full garment cycle is according to standards
Upkeep & follow best practice for in-store OMNI Services & tech services/tools
Secure maintenance of price signs
Updating & upkeep of BOH Areas
Responsible for opening & closing of store daily
