Job Responsibility

Provide direction to individuals and project teams within the department
Manage communication of goals/objectives and status/progress of engineering projects and tasks
Oversee or participate in product and project planning. Lead, coordinate, and control the delivery of products, processes, tools, and features in line with the JT4 Enterprise Engineering Processes (JEEP)
Collaborate with all departments and engineering teams to continuously manage trade-offs between scope, resources and time during the project/task durations
