Job Description

Permanent Part-Time Cleaning position. Cleaning offices and restrooms of a garage facility. One night per week. Thursdays: 4:45 PM Start time. During spring and summer. In the fall it will switch to Fridays: Start time: 2:45 PM During Fall and Winter 3 hours per cleaning. More evenings/days per week may be available if desired. Starting $14.00 per hour.

  • Responsibly manages and supervises all maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and janitorial personnel including scheduling, assignment, direction, performance review, hiring and discipline
  • Implements and monitors programs to maximize revenue, control expense, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manages all of the maintenance needs of assigned community
